一、産品概(gài)述
本産品是(shì)以複配構成(chéng)的液體緩蝕(shí)劑，具有緩蝕(shi)率高、凝固點(dian)低、分散性好(hao)🆚、熱穩定性好(hao)、低毒等優點(diǎn)，可迅速在金(jin)屬表面👌形成(cheng)緻密牢固的(de)保護膜，對多(duo)種腐蝕因素(sù)都♋有較強緩(huǎn)蝕性能。本産(chǎn)品與其它井(jing)下用劑具有(yǒu)良好的配伍(wǔ)性。
本産品在(zài)國内各大油(you)田廣泛使用(yòng)，本産品出口(kǒu)至❌中✨東👅以及(ji)南亞、南美等(deng)地區。
三(sān)、使用方法
Ⅰ、本(ben)産品首次使(shi)用時，應先預(yu)膜，加注可采(cǎi)用連續和間(jian)歇兩種方式(shi)。對于含硫生(sheng)産氣井（無分(fen)隔器）建議由(you)套管環空加(jiā)注，經油管返(fan)出形成一定(dìng)循環體系；對(dui)于常關氣井(jing)建議分❄️别從(cóng)油、套管加入(ru)；對于油氣集(jí)輸管線可直(zhí)接加🐪注。
Ⅱ、預膜(mó)用量計算方(fāng)法：
1、預膜面積(ji)：按氣井油管(guan)内、外表面積(jī)+套管内表面(miàn)積+拟😍保護☀️地(di)面🈲管線内表(biao)面積；
2、預膜厚(hou)度：75μm。
Ⅲ、氣井建議(yi)周期性間歇(xiē)加注，推薦加(jia)藥周期爲30天(tian)，每♍次加量爲(wèi)80㎏。
油井建議連(lián)續性加藥，推(tuī)薦用量：按産(chan)出液計算，推(tui)薦❌使用濃度(du)200ppm。
運輸：防(fáng)日曬、雨淋，應(yīng)避免與腐蝕(shi)性物品和尖(jian)狀物👌品混運(yun)🥰。
貯存：置于幹(gàn)燥、通風庫房(fang)，避免與腐蝕(shi)性的物品混(hun)放，保質✉️期1年(nián)。
皮膚與眼(yǎn)睛接觸：立即(ji)用大量清水(shui)沖洗。
誤食：飲(yin)足量溫水，催(cuī)吐，就醫。
操作(zuo)保護：戴PVC、PE或橡(xiàng)膠手套。
洩漏(lou)：用大量清水(shui)沖洗。

Product Overview
In the oil and gas well produced fluid CO2 and H2S、CI - corrosive medium, such as content is higher, causing serious corrosion of casing, tubing.This product is imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt derivatives, double imidazoline, aldehyde, ketone condensation product of amine and other components of the corrosion and other auxiliary components distribution of liquid in the composition of the corrosion inhibitor. This product has the advantages of high corrosion inhibition rate, low freezing point, good dispersion, good thermal stability, low toxicity and so on. This corrosion inhibitor can quickly form a tight and firm protective film on the metal surface, and has a strong corrosion inhibition performance against a variety of corrosion factors.
This product has good compatibility with other downhole agents.

Methods used
Ⅰ、 When the product is first used, the film should be prefabricated. Continuous and intermittent injection can be used. For sulfur-bearing production gas Wells (without separators), it is suggested to refill by casing annulus and return through tubing to form a certain circulation system. It is suggested to add oil and casing respectively to the normally closed gas well.For oil and gas collection and transportation pipelines can be directly injected.
Ⅱ、Calculation method of prefilm dosage:
1. Pre-film area: the sum of the internal and external area of gas well tubing, the surface area of casing and the surface area of the pipeline to be protected;
2. Thickness of prefilm: 75 microns.
Continuous dosing is recommended for oil Wells. Recommended dosage: calculated according to the output fluid, the recommended concentration is 200ppm.
Packing, Transportation 、Storage
Packing: 200L plastic drum, net weight 200kg.
ransportation: avoid sunburn and rain. Avoid mixed transportation with corrosive and sharp articles.
Storage: store in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid mixing with corrosive materials, with a shelf life of 1 year.
Safety & amp; protection
Skin to eye contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Peration protection: wear PVC, PE or rubber gloves.
