緩蝕(shí)劑介紹

油溶緩(huǎn)蝕劑HY-10是由多種(zhǒng)成膜有機胺和(he)其他複配物複(fú)🔴合而🏃成⛹🏻‍♀️，此型号(hào)是原劑。

HY-10特有的(de)五元含氮雜環(huán)能以靜電引力(li)和大π鍵形式👈吸(xi)附在金屬表面(mian)。一方面改變金(jīn)屬表面的電荷(he)分布和界面性(xìng)質，使金屬表面(miàn)的能量狀态趨(qū)于穩定化，減低(di)腐蝕反應；另一(yi)方面由于非極(jí)性基團緊密排(pái)列在金屬表面(mian)形成一層疏水(shuǐ)膜，使腐蝕反應(ying)得到抑制；同時(shí)它在金屬表面(mian)可以改變氫離(li)子的氧化還原(yuan)電位，也可以絡(luò)合溶液中的某(mǒu)些氧化劑，減低(di)電位達⛹🏻‍♀️到緩蝕(shí)☔的目的⭐。HY-10含有沉(chen)澱⁉️成膜組分，能(neng)夠及時修複由(yóu)沖刷等原因造(zao)成的膜損傷。整(zheng)體表現🙇‍♀️爲成膜(mó)牢固，緩蝕優異(yì)。

使用方法(fǎ)

1.可原液注入或(huò)用溶劑油均勻(yún)稀釋後注入。

2.按(an)系統處理量的(de)5-10ppm注入；前期注入(ru)量爲正常期的(de)2-4倍，三天🤞後每❓天(tiān)⚽依次按3ppm的速度(du)遞減至正常使(shǐ)用量。

3.本劑冬天(tiān)使用時，可适當(dāng)用蒸汽加熱。

包(bao)裝與儲存

1.     200L塑料(liào)桶，IBC桶

2.     宜放置陰(yin)涼通風處。不可(ke)靠近明火、酸堿(jiǎn)類和氧化劑類(lèi)化♉工品。

 

操作注(zhu)意事項

3.     操作人(ren)員應穿戴乳膠(jiāo)手套及防護眼(yǎn)鏡等防護品。

4.     如(rú)遇本物觸及皮(pí)膚時可用大量(liang)水沖洗後再用(yòng)肥皂洗淨即可(ke)；如遇本物品濺(jiàn)入眼睛請在現(xiàn)場立即用水充(chōng)分♉清洗之後立(lì)即就醫檢查。

5.     如(rú)遇火災，可用幹(gàn)粉、泡沫、CO2 等滅火(huǒ)器以及黃砂滅(mie)火。

How to use

1. It can be injected with the original liquid or uniformly diluted with solvent oil.

2. 5-10ppm injection according to the system processing capacity;The amount of injection in the early stage was 2-4 times of that in the normal stage, and then decreased to the normal usage at the rate of 3ppm every day after 3 days.

Packaging & amp; storage

1. 200L plastic barrel, IBC ton barrel.

2. It is advisable to place a cool and ventilated place. Not close to open fire, acid and alkali and oxidizer chemicals.

Operational considerations

1. Operators should wear latex gloves and protective glasses and other protective products.

2. If the object touches the skin when you can rinse with a lot of water and then wash it with soap, if this item splashes into the eyes, please immediately after the use of water in the site to fully clean the medical examination.

3. In case of fire, can be used dry powder, foam, CO-----2 and other fire extinguishers and yellow sand fire extinguishing.
